For more information about Classics Basketball and the expectations for Classics Basketball Club's players and parents, please download and read the following five documents:
(1) our Parent-Player General Info document,
(2) Classics Basketball AAU Club Family and Team Member Expectations document,
and FOR PARENTS OR GUARDIANS especially, please download and read our
(3) Compilation of articles of rules, guidance, philosophy, and policy
regarding YOUR behavior as part of the Classics Basketball program.

Click here for the (5) Classics Basketball AAU Club Teams Player Medical Waiver Form,
then print and fill it out, and return the completed form to your coach or manager.
EACH Classics Basketball AAU Club Team player MUST have a completed copy of the Medical Waiver form with their team manager or coach and their uniform purchase-rental agreement form turned into the club president within 30 days of their acceptance onto the team.
